1. Overview
By purchasing the A.I. Blueprint from 24/7 Leads, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This service includes a custom AI and automation strategy tailored to your business, delivered through a one-time consultation for the price of $199. The session will focus on mapping out AI-driven processes to optimize your customer journey.

2. Service Scope
The A.I. Blueprint purchase includes:

• A 2-4 hour consultation session (via Zoom or other video conferencing software).
• A customized AI automation strategy for your business.
• Delivery of a blueprint document outlining the recommendations and steps to implement automation.
• Follow-up support (limited to one email consultation) to clarify any elements of the blueprint.

The service does not include implementation of the AI solutions or additional consultations outside of the agreed scope unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment and Refunds
The payment of $199 is due upon purchase of the A.I. Blueprint. This fee is non-refundable once the session has been scheduled and confirmed. If the service cannot be completed due to an error on our part, we reserve the right to offer either a rescheduled session or a full refund.

Refunds are not available if the consultation has been conducted and the deliverables (blueprint document) have been provided, as the value of the service has been fulfilled.

4. Scheduling and Rescheduling
Appointments must be scheduled within 30 days of purchase. If you are unable to attend the scheduled consultation, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the session.

5. Deliverables
You will receive the A.I. Blueprint in the form of a document or presentation within 5 business days after the consultation session. The document will outline your AI strategy, customer journey flow, and recommendations on automation.

6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information regarding your business operations and existing processes. The success of the A.I. Blueprint depends on the quality of the data and feedback you provide during the consultation.

7. Limitations
This product is a one-time consulting service. The A.I. Blueprint outlines strategy and recommendations, but does not include:

• The implementation of automation tools or software.
• Long-term consulting or ongoing support beyond the agreed scope (unless additional services are purchased).

8. Confidentiality
All information shared during the consultation process will remain confidential. 24/7 Leads agrees to protect any sensitive data related to your business operations and processes.

9. Intellectual Property
The A.I. Blueprint created for you is your property to implement and use as you see fit. However, 24/7 Leads retains the intellectual property rights to the underlying methodology and processes used to create the blueprint.

10. Changes to Terms
24/7 Leads reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated prior to your scheduled consultation.
